This project involves the development of a Citizens' Observatory aimed at empowering the population to identify risk situations, enabling them to play an active role in optimizing the response to potential disasters.

The Lisbon pilot created a friendly mascot and a graphic language to alert the population to the daily risks we encounter in our city.
